ABOUT

Integrity is the cornerstone of my business and my life. I was raised by men who believed that your word defined you, and a handshake was as binding as ink on paper. In their world, a promise wasn’t negotiable—you lived up to it, period. I think of that code as “the cowboy way,” a way of doing business that feels like it’s fading. Ironically, it was the handful of “old cowboys” who didn’t honor their word that opened the door to today’s landscape of lawsuits, disclosures, and contracts thick enough to stop a bullet.

After thirty plus years in this business, I’ve seen just about every situation imaginable and learned how to navigate each one. Somewhere along the way, I also realized I’ve become one of the “older hands” in the industry.

With that in mind, I focus primarily on representing Buyers who are actively searching for property here in north Texas.

I could list decades of education and experience, but what truly matters is practical knowledge—knowledge that only comes from years spent working a specific market. My expertise happens to be in farm, ranch, and recreational properties.

Because of that, I’m able to offer valuable guidance to clients who may be unfamiliar with this region or with rural property in general. As your Buyer Representative, I can negotiate terms with listing agents and guide you through the entire process from the first conversation to the closing table.

If you’re reading this, I encourage you to reach out at the beginning of your property search. I can help. And in most cases, my services are paid for by the Seller through a commission split with the listing agent—not by the Buyer—making it a true win‑win.
